The full information architecture we’re working toward, and what’s built in this prototype. Phase 1 is the agreed scope for this round — 11 of 12 Phase 1 entries are wireframed here, plus the hub and supporting pages the navigation needs.
Only built pages appear in the site navigation, so nothing in the prototype dead-ends. Rows marked Phase 2 or Phase 3 are planned, not built.

Open questions for this review
Things worth deciding before the design phase starts.
Team headshots and the savings figure
The About page needs approved headshots for all nine team members. The proof rail shows the 2026 savings figure as $XM until Alpha Tax Solutions confirms the number.
Reviews vs. Results
Reviews is Phase 1 and Results is Phase 2. Reviews currently carries the anonymized regional medical facility result as its documented proof block, while the 480-unit case remains on the Home and Multifamily pages until the Results page exists.
Contact details
Phone, email, office address, and hours are placeholders throughout. Confirm which should be published, and whether a physical address should appear at all.
Private ABM pages
The /review/{account}/ pattern needs its own conversation: how many, what gets personalized per account, and how the URLs get distributed.
Where the guide lives
The property-tax guide is currently a standalone page. In Phase 2 it moves under Resources. Confirm that’s the intent.
Scheduling tool
Both thank-you pages assume a calendar embed. Confirm the booking tool and whether it should appear after the guide download as well as the review request.
