Documented results
Documented property-tax results, with the context behind each one.
Each case shows the property context, the question, the work, the reported result, and the time period—so you can see how the outcome was reached, not just the number.
Wireframe note: documented results only. Client testimonials stay on Reviews, so the two kinds of proof are not mistaken for each other. Every figure, label, period, and disclaimer here is approved copy already in the prototype; bracketed fields are details the approved material does not yet cover.

A second look reduced proposed assessed values by $280.8 million
Across 1,721 finalized properties with a reduction, the total reduction was 15.4% of proposed assessed value.
Figures include finalized properties with a reduction only. Properties with zero, blank, or negative reductions, and properties that were not finalized, are excluded.
Wireframe note: source is Brent’s workbook “2026 Summary by Property Type,” TOTAL row — 1,721 properties, $280,831,135 total reduction, and 15.4% (total reduction ÷ total proposed assessed value; not an average per property). The workbook’s tax-savings totals are not used: one mixes fee-based calculations with estimates, the other assumes a 2% tax rate.

A reasonable-looking appraisal still deserved a closer look.
- Property context
- In Texas, a 480-unit apartment complex had a proposed appraised value of $28,094,770.
- Challenge
- The appraisal looked plausible, but it left important property-specific questions unanswered.
- Alpha Tax Solutions’ work
Alpha Tax Solutions used the Income Approach, including the property’s income, expenses, and a supportable capitalization rate, to challenge the valuation.
- Result
The value was lowered to $19,000,000—a $9,094,770 reduction. The reported one-year tax savings were $223,474.
The lesson is not that every property will produce the same result. It is that an appraisal can look plausible while still leaving important property-specific questions unanswered.
